Nurturing Our Embodied Wisdom

Our bodies hold wisdom that our minds forgot. Embodiment is an invitation to remember our true nature through movement.

We've spent generations training one intelligence: the mind. While the mind is useful for logic, plans, and the ability to defend a decision in a meeting, it was never meant to be the only tool in our toolkit.

We all hold wonders within us that live in an invisible and sometimes inaccessible place. Remember the last time you had a gut feeling which told you something that seemed illogical? We all hold a relational sense that knows, within seconds.

Organizations run on these intelligences even though they're not named. A team has a nervous system: the tension that moves through a room before anyone says it aloud, the fatigue underneath a resignation, the readiness for a decision no one has spoken yet.

This is the work I call embodied wisdom: developing the ways of knowing we were taught to ignore. Presence becomes a practice.

I bring wisdom from both sides: 550 hours as a certified yoga teacher across Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, pranayama, and meditation, alongside Ayurvedic study, as well as years spent inside organizations, living and breathing the ebb and flow of the heartbeat of a team and a system.

This work supports not just individual wellbeing, but the health of the systems we build together.
